Drilling excavator

 

Beside multifarious applications the KAISER Walking Mobile Excavator is also suitable as support frame for different systems of drilling. Therefore drilling work in locations which are difficult to access is no problem.

 

For special projects a customer-specific dimensioning in consideration of job requirements is possible. Typical applications are slope reinforcement and anchoring for road and house construction in mountain regions.

Tunnel excavator

The tunnel excavator is an adapted KAISER S1 with special modifications for difficult underground work

The KAISER tunnel excavator is being used for the extension of the St. Petersburg Metro. The particular worksite is situated 70 m below ground and can only be reached by way of a vertical shaft. The excavatro is disassembled into separate parts measuring no more than 3m x 1.2m each, transportet to the building site and then reassembled.

Kaiser S2 on Pistenbully

Purpose of this special design S2 / PB 300 Polar is the application in skiing regions on glaciers above 3000 meters. With the natural peregrination of the glaciers, the lif masts also move up to 1 meter per season downhill and have to be adjusted.

 

The weight o the S2 on the platform presupposed a reinforced construction of the PB 300 Polar. A brace support provides stability, as the S2 is arranged on a spring-loaded vehicle. The special bucket is produced for extreme applications in the ice. It is comparable with the demands on the material used in mining industry.

Voestalpine

The KAISER S2 of Voestalpine is used for repair work concerning the unit for steelproduction. Special accessoires allow for working conditions up to 500 degrees.

Protective grid and fireproof hose system is needed to protect the driver as well as the excavator itself.
